Meta Plunger Dosing Pump

The ProMinent® Meta is a robust, reliable, modular motor-driven plunger dosing pump. It can be upgraded to a multiple pump unit with increased performance using add-on pumps.

Features

Performance range of the single pump: 6 -59 l/h, 240 -27 bar
Can be upgraded to a double or triple pump unit, and with reduced back pressure to even more add-on pumps.
The stroke count of the add-on pump is always identical with that of the primary pump.
Standard drive: Dual wound three-phase motor 0.18 kW or 0.37 KW, 230/400 V, 50/60 Hz, enclosure class rated IP 55 (optional ATEX-T3/T4), insulation class F +
Stroke length adjustment 0-15.5 mm in 0.2% stages
Stroke length setting: manual (with actuator or variable speed drive as an option)
Electronic frequency converter for speed control as an option, enclosure class rated IP 54
Optional stroke sensor with NAMUR signal for exact recording of each dosing stroke, suitable for batch dosing or proportional dosing
Gear housing: Cast iron, resistant to seawater, acrylic resin lacquer finish
Plunger liquid end made of stainless steel 1.4571
Plungers made of ceramic oxide
Reproducibility of dosing better under defined conditions and correct installation ± 0.5 % (stroke length 10-100%)
Suction lift varies with density and viscosity of the medium as well as the connecting pipework and the number of strokes
