Exact and Hygienic Metering

EHEDG pump heads

• The pump metering head with welded return valves and the valve heads are made of stainless steel 1.4404 or 316L. The surfaces are polished and have a surface roughness of less than Ra = 0.8 µm.
• The housing of the return valve consists of two parts, which are screwed together using a tri-clamp flange.
• The seal is created with a preformed PTFE gasket.
• The metering diaphragm on the pump is made of PTFE and vulcanised rubber on the reverse. The surface is smooth and sealed.
• Emptying the pump is easy as the fittings are arranged vertically.
