Product Returns

Before any product is returned for Repair or Credit, A product return form must be filled in and returned with the goods. Credit may not be available for returned products if the packages are opened, damaged or missing. Products may only be returned for credit when a Product Return Form has been completed. Once goods have been return a reinspection as per our QA procedures will be undertaken. A restocking charge may be charged to your account. Certain items i.e. glass probes, buffer solutions, etc. items that have a shelf life, No credit will be given. Also items that have been assembled specifically for a customer or purchased specifically for a customer again No credit will be given. We reserve the right to pass on all related charges received from our suppliers should a cancellation or credit be required.
