A modular panel-mounted metering system is presented at the stand as example of an individually matched complete solution. Apart from the advantages of standardisation, the system compels through its easy plug&play installation with significant savings potential with regard to planning and assembly efforts.
Solving metering tasks means the volume-accurate addition of a liquid substance to a medium. In this respect it is above all a matter of the properties of the chemical to be metered and the accuracy required in the process. Modular, pre-mounted metering systems guarantee a reliable functioning being task-appropriate system solutions with the price benefit of a standardised basic design. The metering systems DULCODOS® of the Heidelberg company, for example, belong to the standard in drinking water and waste water treatment. The pre-mounted complete solutions are immediately available and ready for operation for the most important applications. Sensor technology, controller and metering pump form a unit which is ready for use without any installation work.
In combination with containers and tanks, the entire operation can be supplied with all required chemicals and additives. And the metering solution can be individually adapted to the application. The user can choose between simple metering stations, panel-mounted standard systems up to customer-specifically designed systems which are application-optimised and can be installed ready for use. With special metering systems of the product family DULCODOS®, compact solutions are available, for example for the metering of fragrances as well as additives for foodstuff production. Metering systems made of stainless steel are CIP-capable (Clean-In-Place). As desired by the customer, the systems can be equipped with an individual program flow with stored valve positions and pump functions. Application-optimised metering systems DULCODOS® are individually planned, constructed and supplied with measuring, control and metering technology – also explosion-proof according to ATEX – precisely matched to the industry and the specifications of the customer. |
